This was actually my first real party day in Hungary. I decided with my girlfriend the suitable date and then we invited people. I was after all surprised how many actually came, maybe it has been quiet on home party front lately.

In the evening my flat's 40 sq. meters were pretty reserved and people seemed to have fun. There was diversity, the youngest guest was less than one year old and also five different nationalities were represented. I didn't see that much difference how people were behaving between a typical Finnish house warming party and this event. People were drinking and having fun but no-one lost control.

Around 23 it was clear that the original plan to go to downtown to see some jazz music wasn't good anymore because bands were already playing last tunes. Also some people seemed to be a little bit tired and one even fell asleep but it was justified for him. So we headed out and ended up in a nice open air pub which is located behind Corvin movie theater.

After all, it was a nice evening and who knows when I organize something similar. I hope my girlfriend would make again some delicious snacks...
